Riot landing page says "Page could not be loaded"

When entering Riot after the first login, or when accessing the start page via the user menu, one is redirected to https://riot.allmende.io/#/home and shown an empty screen:

Page could not be loaded

We can use the configuration key

  • embeddedPages
    • homeUrl

from Riot's config.json to set a destination here.
