Add basic system tools

This request comes with a small dependency for a new role

• https://git.indie.host/liiibre/infrastructure/ansible-roles/tools

that attempts to close #10 by adding the perceivedly missing tools.

Two concerns:

• This is not tested on the existing infrastructure.
  How would I apply the role alone, or this patch, to the cluster?
• Using the README stanza from gandhiano brought the idea to call this role liiibre.tools
  How can this name be registered somewhere? Is it else implicit in some way through the folder hierarchy?
