Make logging less verbose
This refers to merge request !2 (merged):
In the Nextcloud logs, when log_level is set to INFO, there's is a ton of the first three lines:
/data/nextcloud.log│Jan 30 21:36:04 INFO SCIMServiceProvider [OCA\SCIMServiceProvider\Adapter\Users\NextcloudUserAdapter] entering getCoreUser() method │
/data/nextcloud.log│Jan 30 21:36:04 INFO SCIMServiceProvider [OCA\SCIMServiceProvider\Adapter\Users\NextcloudUserAdapter] entering getCoreUser() method │
/data/nextcloud.log│Jan 30 21:36:04 INFO SCIMServiceProvider [OCA\SCIMServiceProvider\Adapter\Users\NextcloudUserAdapter] entering getCoreUser() method │
/data/nextcloud.log│Jan 30 21:36:04 INFO SCIMServiceProvider [OCA\SCIMServiceProvider\Repositories\Users\NextcloudUserRepository] transformed 1508 SCIM users │
Having around 1500+ users, this is spamming the logs quite often (it happens when Azure AD asks for a list of all users, I think). I suggest making the first three lines in the example above only show when the log_level is set to DEBUG (value 0). Those lines doesn't add any relevant information, the fourth line already sums it all up.
